Iran, France review expanding agricultural cooperation
Iran's Minister of Agricultural Jihad Mahmoud Hojjati conferred on Thursday with his French counterpart Stéphane Le Foll on expansion of mutual cooperation in agriculture and animal husbandry.

In the meeting, the two ministers also examined exchange of latest technological know-how in the fields of Medicinal herbs and plant breeding.
They also discussed investment of French investors in various agricultural sectors in Iran mainly aquaculture and dairy industry.
Hojjati, heading a delegation, is visiting France to attend the international livestock exhibition as special guest.
On the sidelines of the international exhibitions Iran and France are to sign a number of memoranda of understanding (MoUs) in agriculture and livestock.
The International livestock exhibition will be held on October 4-6 in which over 1,400 active companies in the field will demonstrate their products and services.
